Did you know that IWD commenced in 1911 with the Suffragette’s demonstrating for equal voting rights?

Today the IWD movement continues to champion gender equality.

As Gloria Steinem, world-renowned feminist, journalist and activist reportedly once explained:

 “The story of women’s struggle for equality belongs to no single feminist, nor to any one organization but to the collective efforts of all who care about human rights.”

This year’s theme is Accelerate Action and we have put together a montage of IWD coloured cookies for you to do just that, be it at home, in your workplace or social club.
